Pro's and cons of a good night's sleep and an all-nighter?

All nighter: extra 8 or 7 hours just added to the day---Im so busy I need those hours. Just slep hard the next night.Good Night sleep: Body feels better, but stressed out because i could have used hours to get alot of work done, that now I have to finish in a limited time.Which is better? Having sleep or having hours?
Answer:
Sleep is good but getting that work done can allow you to sleep later
Having sleep, I feel more refreshed all a good nights sleep. It also isn't good for your body to not get any sleep.
Having sleep, not sleeping is horrible for the body and the mind...I suppose pulling an all-nighter every once in a while would be okay but in the end I think you just feel worse.
Sleep is as imperative for the bady as food and water. On top of that someone can die sooner for lack of sleep than they can from dehydration or malnutrition. Sleep is what keeps your brain functioning, it recoops everything. If you take that away, your brain starts tricking itself. Not fully functioning. You could hurt yourself, or someone else. Below is a web-site that tells you the risks. What I had to do when I was in college and had a full plate of things to do was make a list. Prioritize your list. And stick to it. Try a little meditation during the day, when you are stressed your body doesn't work as well. Remember to eat as well. Take vitamins that have fish oils in them. They are good for the memory. To answer your question having sleep is much much better! Good luck! Try not to over do yourself!
