Answer:
valerian root (herbal), purchased from health food store and Walgreens has some too.
Try listening to your teacher's lecture on tape while you lay down.
If you have so many stresses, than remember that it could always be worse. Dont let the good things in life pass you by just because of something bad that happened. As far as sleeping, you should start a journal. Before you go to bed everynight write down your worries, thoughts, goals, whatever is running in your mind that's keeping you awake. It will help by releasing all the stress from your mind.
Get counselling and try deep breathing
several suggestions.1. Try meditation, 30 minutes to one hour prior to going to bed. Clear your mind and relax without trying to go to sleep. Let your mind wonder over the things that have you stressed during this time, deal with what you can, release what you can't so that when you go to bed and it tries to crowd into your mind you can brush it aside. Doesn't always work, but it is a good first step.2. Chamomile tea with willow bark, and if you are that stressed no more than a teaspoon of St. John's Wort in a tea ball, honey, lemon, after the tea has steeped and drink it half an hour to fifteen minutes before bed. Chamomile is a natural soporific, willow bark is a natural pain killer, and St John's Wort is a natural anti depressant. The three combined will help you relax. Honey and Lemon are to taste and to cut the bitter of the willow bark. 3. If you are in need of quick solutions, try some OTC sleep aids, the stuff in Tylenol PM is just Benadryl, and it does help, short term.Good Luck
Have you had a sudden change in your life recently. (long lost
family members, sudden lose of family members etc). if so, you may be suffering from a clinical depression. Talk to your family doctor. It can also be something else.
Also, try to cut or limit your caffeine in-take
