Please help with my insomnia?

I've asked before, and I got some great ideas, but none of them worked. If anyone else has any ideas to help my insomnia, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm a 14 year old girl who sleeps 5-6 hours a night. I got to bed around 4 am because my mind races at night, thinking of everything I did during the day, everything I need to do the next day, grocery lists, and every thing else imaginable. I have tried making lists, and I just get up and look at all my lists to make sure I didn't forget anything. I wake up around 9 or 10 still exhausted but unable to go back to sleep. It's starting to affect my life, making me tired constantly which makes me cranky. It affects me the most when I have to wake up at 6 to babysit. My mom doesn't want me to use sleeping pills because she does, and hates that she can't sleep without them anymore.

You can give this remedy a try. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Soak a tablespoon of mint leaves in a cup of water for an hour, drink every night. Check out http://useinfo-insomnia.blogspot.com/... for more info
lay down about an hour before bed time and just relax
Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly,
insomnia can be cured. I found the information
