Whenever I masturbait or get horny, I get this extremely painfull pain in the back,bottom of my head. It hurts very bad. It feels like the worst headache in the world. The actual name for this is a coital headache. Part of what triggers it is neck tension prior to and during orgasm. If you're on the computer alot or carrying around a heavy back pack you are stressing your neck. The key to getting rid of these types of headache is to keep your neck healthy. Use good posture at the computer and while standing. Stretch your neck daily. You can also take advil 30 mintues prior to any sexual activity to help minimize it. I'm sorry people have done that - I know how painful these headaches are. They are sudden and severe and can last anywhere from 2 minutes to 30 minutes. thats a question for a doc to answer. my guess is it doesn't have anything to do with what you said specifically. i would say you need to eat better and get more exercise. sexual arousal pulls a lot of nutrients and things away from the brain. that is why i say it is probably your diet. eat more meat and protein, take a multivitamin, and stay active. it will take about 2 weeks of eating right before you feel better. your hormones are starting to go into full gear, be careful with yourself.
