Pulse in my left temple then headache for i think 2 hours on one side?

after i climbed the stairs to the sixth floor, my temple on the left was beating fast then later on i got this headache on the same side for almost 2 hours my mom said i just lack sleep which is true i sleep mostly 6 hours on weekdays and 8 or more on weekends? is this migraine or just simply a headache? im 14 female

A headache that affects one side of the head could very well be migraine. Severity is different for different people. A typical migraine attack produces some or all of these signs and symptoms:Moderate to severe pain, which may be confined to one side of the head or may affect both sides
Head pain with a pulsating or throbbing quality
Pain that worsens with physical activity
Pain that interferes with your regular activities
Nausea with or without vomiting
Sensitivity to light and sound
When left untreated, a migraine typically lasts from four to 72 hours, but the frequency with which headaches occur varies from person to person. You may have migraines several times a month or just once or twice a year.There are medications if the pain gets really bad. At present if it is only 2 hours, and the pain is not dehabilitating, lack of sleep may well be the culprit.
No this is not a migraine. If it was a migraine you would know it as the pain and nausea etc are unbearable.
