Ok, so if i point my foot, my muscle feelis like it is trapped between my bones and locks up in my arc!?

When it locks up, there r these dent things that form along the arch, and it is getting worse? does anyone know what this is? if so plz help me get rid of it

I don't know what you have, but a Podiatrist, foot specialist, would be able to tell you what is wrong with your foot. You need to make an appointment as soon as possible. The only resolution is a medical treatment.
