Answer:
First of all, you need to switch sports.Next, get medical treatment for your sprained wrist.
s喙憆ry to hear that
thats some scarred story
someone should've video taped that
you should go to an xray or docter %26 call them up.
u might have broken it, or you might have sprained it, most likley sprained it though, go see a doctor and see what they say, 'cause this is just my opinion
At this point it is best to keep it as immobile as possible. It is also best to have the wrist x-rayed to make sure there is no hair-line fracture. The health care professional can also give you some recommended advice as to how best to treat the injury.
EMERGENCY ROOM
Uhh I suggest you go to the doctor.
I'm pretty sure you would know if it was broken, because when I broke my wrist, I knew right away. Maybe it is though, so you should get it checked by a doctor. I've heard of some cases where someone waited too long, and therefore their wrist is messed up for good. If it isn't broken, try not to use it and maybe put an icepack on it to stop the swelling or buy one of those icey hot patches. I tried those and it feels strange after awhile, but you might want to try it.
I did exactly the same thing except I fell down some steps. I put my arm down to save myself and fell on it. I hurt my ribs, back and leg. These were all fine after a few days. But my wrist still hurt 2 weeks later. I had not broken it or dislocated it. I bought a wrist support strap, kept it on for a week or so and t s fine now. Unless I bang it or something. So go buy one as you are putting too much pressure on it whilst using it.
Orthopedist. They can X-ray you right in the office, if they own a machine, and the doctor can read the X-ray the same day hopefully and should give you a brace if its sprained or a cast if it's broken.btw if you ever get hurt and it's painful to use or is sore for a long time, don't go back and do the same thing you did when you got hurt. Go see a doctor. They know what they're doing
