One part of my hand has been numb for two days wat dose this mean??

It could be a stroke or a pinched nerve. Go to the Doctor or ER room right a way. Either way it's not normal.

Go see a doctor as soon as possible. Get to an urgent care center or even an emergency room, because if you have your hand going numb it could be just about anything, including circulation problems. I'm hardly an expert, but this might be an emergency, and if you don't get seen by a professional your hand might not ever come back from being numb.
