Pain in stomach and groin?

i have had stomach pain on and off for about 6 months now but for the last week the pain has gone from my stomach(still there)to my bladder/groin it is not bad just a dull feeling.does anyone have the same problem?does anyone know what it might be?please help me very stressed out about it!!
Answer:
You could have an inguinal hernia or sports hernia. Whatever it is, you need to get an ultrasound of the area. An ultrasound can check for small hernias, your bladder, etc. The second link I gave you is for system checker so you can narrow it down.
Could be I.B.S..I had it for years and took dicatel for it %26 now it is gone.Ask your doctor about IBS.

Pain in Spine and when Breathing Deep?

I have been a nurse for 3 years now and I lift people 5 days out of the week. Some are sorta heavy but I try to avoid overdoing it. Haven`t had this problem before but my spine is aching and when I take a real deep breath, it hurts. Is this normal for my body getting used to lifting this much or should I see a doctor?
I have also seen 2 other nurses quit as a result of back problems. Is there any way for me to become better at lifting people without hurting myself?
Answer:
Diana hit it on the head...you probably have a thoracic vertebrae out of alignment. I would recommend you see a chiropractor to assess your spine and put it back in place. Normally I am not a big fan of chiro's but they do a good job of putting mis-aligned vertebrae back in place. If things dont get in order after a few visits to the chiro then you should then move on to seeing a manual physical therapist, b/c there may be more to it then just a vertebrae out of alignment.
The respiratory distress could be muscular from straining the intercostals while pulling and lifting. And if you pull hard enough, you could displace a rib or vertebrae which could also cause discomfort.
To prevent problems, always have assistance when moving a tough patient, use the draw sheet, hoyer lift, gait belt, or whatever else it takes. Sometimes it takes a bit more time, but it's better than getting hurt.

Pain in side of feet?

Im having pain on the side of my feet. I walk alot at work but I have never had this pain before. Could it be caused from my flip-flops?
Answer:
Could be caused by flip-flops because there is no arch support in them. Other things to consider, bone spurs or some type of inflammation.

Pain in neck, running down arm. Docs says 'soft tissue damage - no cure'. Correct? What can I do?

This was an amazingly freak injury that happened over a year ago, done by leaning my head forward while drying my hair (I am male, so it wasn't vigorous head-throwing like you might get from a female ;-)) ).Basically it felt like a tear in an indeterminate area around my neck and right shoulder. I've had trouble with this, with varying degrees of severity for the last year and a quarter. At the moment it's really stiffening up again and offers reasonable resistance when I try to turn my head through it's full range of motion. Also, for the last few months I've had a pain running down my right arm to around my elbow. Went to the doctor about 2 months ago, who said it's soft tissue damage and she can do nothing except suggest ibuprofen. I don't want to destory my stomach so am opting against that, but I'm at a loss how to 'cure' this. Occassional massage offers a level of relief, but only temporarily. Nothing seems to help the pain in my arm. Help me please!
Answer:
The pain in your arm sounds like some sort of nerve damage, stemming from the neck injury. If you don't want to take ibuprofen, you could try applying it topically as a gel or mousse. You probably need to try to "rest" it, if its inflamed, poking about and doing too much will aggravate things further. Did you have the arm pain when you saw your GP? Did you tell them about it? You can ask to be referred to a physio who would be able to offer you advice and "specific" neck exercises for you to do.
Take the ibuprofen. It will not damage your stomach.
I've had the same problem on and off for nearly 14 years, ever since i gave birth to my son. My Doctor prescribes me diclofenac which i find pretty much useless. On the odd one or two occasions i have been prescribed valium and these work. It may be difficult to convince your Doctor to prescribe valium but its definately worth a try.
go see a chinese doctor. i've had a frozen shoulder before and it was sorted in three slots it will cost about 20拢 for each slot but you may only need one accupuncher will prob be the best it doesn't hurt at all don't worry and you feel so well after. good luck you'll be fixed asap.Ps i study bio med so i do agree with drugs when they can help. but ibuprofen did wreck my stomach 3 years ago and i still suffer every day . also i'm only 1-1000000.
Ibuprofen CAN %26 DOES damage the lining of the stomach if there is a history of gastric/duod., ulcer, and not to be taken if you have a history of Asthma. It sounds like nerve damage from the cervical spine, go back to your G.P. (or see another one for a second opinion). Do you have tingling in your hand especiay the last and ring finger?
G.P. may suggest physio, good luck with the Dr.

Pain in neck while masturbating?

Beats me. :o)
Maybe God doesn't want you masturbating.
How old are you?Old men that use Viagra often get headaches. It is because the blood that rushes from their head to their genitals gives them this headache. Maybe you are experiencing the same thing. It sounds stupid and like I am not taking you seriously, but if you are a young adult and you have blocked arteries or poor circulation then you would get this problem. Remember, that Viagra was first designed to be a pill that would relieve high blood pressure. It does, but with a little tuning it redirected that that blood pressure to a certain spot.
It might be the position your body is in. Try lying down completely %26 relaxing.

Pain in my upper left abdomen every time I take a breath?

Every time i breath i get a pain in my upper left abdomen and i have thrown up in my mouth a little a few times today today.Im a 15 year girl and i know its not cramps or anything that time of the month related, and i havn't exercised or done anything pyhsical today, whats wrong with me?I already checked webmd and i couldnt find anything
Answer:
I think you said you vomited a few times today...Some times when we vomit.if it is violent enought we acutally can strain muscles around our stomach...which is located mostly on your left side...
I have this sometimes, I have learned that if you take a REALLY deep breath, it will make the pains go away. Well at least it works for me, hope this helps.

Pain in my side after working out, I DON'T HAVE ANY PAIN MEDICINE!?

Hey! Today I was playing a game where you have to step down really hard on the ground, A LOT. My left side of my hip hurts whenever I move my upper body, and whenever I step on my left leg. I DON'T HAVE ANY PAIN MEDICINE(advil, ibuprofen, etc...)
Please help!
Answer:
could be you aggravated the QL in your low back. It is used to move the upper leg up as well as balance and twist the torso. it snakes through the ball of the hip and attaches in the upper leg.try icing your low back and hip for a few min. to reduce inflammation and numb the pain. If pain persists see a doctor. An Epsom salt bath should help too.Do not apply heat to a recent injury like this. It will only increase the inflammation and cause more damage and pain!! Why people are saying that I don't know.Good Luck
Apply something warm, heat should help, although I should tell you that it would be better not to move at this point. You seem to be describing an inflammatory process in the hip. If it doesn't go away go to a doctor.
you should follow what Zebralfoxfire said
I'm a massage therapist too.
