Oh, so very sore.?

Yesterday, I went bike riding for the first time in a while, and it's absolutely ridiculous how sore my.. *cough* is. Is there anything I can do? Does anyone know of any bike seat covers that are a tad more comfortable? Or any... -ahem- remedy?
Answer:
Gel seats work really well.Take advil every 6 hours for the pain. If you take it regularly, then enough meds will build in your system to keep the pain at bay.
You can get bicycle seats that are called I think tractor seats which do not put all the pressure on your pelvic bone. Meanwhile, a little ice and some Tylenol should help out.
You could buy what is known as a 'Jelly seat' for bikes - aimed at making the experience more tolerable!
You can buy gel bike seats, which are very comfy.Nice warm bath and with some Radox should help.
this is a very common problem when you go biking when you havent biked in ages!! its happend to me a lot of times but what usually works for me is to sit in pillows or lie down! sadly there is no cure for this! but i would advise you to stay biking for a while and t should stop! the reason this could have happened also is if your sadly is for the differnrt sex or if you have this bike for a very long time, your ahem changes over time so maybe getttin a new saddle would help
ice pack it! seriously, just lay there with an ice pack on the um, affected area, and just wait it out. also, try an ibuprofen.
hi. if u cant take a warm bath for comfort try this use a heating pad. take some over the counter pain relivers too per the bottle's directions. if on the other hand, ice may help, as a preference, put ice in a bag, in a towel and apply 20 minutes on 20 minutes off ;)michele
